IDSMT (Integrated developement of small and medium town) scheme was introduced and Navsari Nagarpalika is one of the municipality who complete the project of Rs. 587 lacs like Shopping Centers, Roads, Gardens, Amusement Park, Yatrinivas, Pay and Park and site and service project for low income group (LIG) and medium income group (MIG) Recently shops of two shopping center had been auctioned and 890 lacs of Rupees recover.

Nagarpalika obtain 20696.0 sqmt. of land without compensation of Rs. 186.0 lacs by negotiation with land owners. More over filling of land is done by public participation at the cost of Rs. 20.0 lacs
This land is required for developing 24.0 mt. wide ring road of 1.20 k.m. length to solve the traffic problem,
Work has been started under (Integrated development of small & medium Town) Scheme at the cost of Rs. 16.19 lacs. Work is in progress. |

First Project of manufacturing Gas from Vegetable waste were completed with help of GEDA (Gujarat Energy Developement Agency)

- Capacity - 10 Tone Vegetable waste / Day
- Production Methane gas 170 cubic meter / day
+ manures

- Gas is distributed to nearby hotels and Ramjimandir trust. Surplus gas is used in producing electicity for municipality. |
